Overview: Skin Cancer is a cancer that forms in the tissues of the skin. It grows uncontrollably and affects the normal function of the skin. If left unchecked it can spread to other parts of the body. Most skin cancers form in older people on parts of the body exposed to the sun or in people who have weakened immune systems.
